1. Subscription Billing & Free Trials
- Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
- 30-Day Free Trial: Annual plans include a 30-day free trial. Charges are avoided if canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Otherwise, the full annual rate is billed on day 31.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
- In-App Cancellation Steps: Open XpenseDash → Navigate to Settings → Select "Manage Subscription" → Cancel within your App Store subscription settings.
- Support Option: You can also request cancellation via support email at least 48 hours prior to renewal.
3. Post-Cancellation Access
- Paid Subscriptions: Features remain active through the end of the current paid billing period with no further charges.
- Free Trials: Canceling during the 30-day trial prevents future charges while retaining access through the trial expiration date.
4. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments: All paid subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Prorated refunds or credits are not provided for partial periods or unused time.
- Billing Errors: You may contact billing@xpensedash.com within 14 days for review in cases of technical failures or billing errors.
